Peggy Lamberton

Meet Peggy Lamberton, CMP Emeritus, an orchestrator of unforgettable events for over two decades. Multilingual and versed in the art of cross-cultural communication, she delivered high-stakes international legal conferences, oversaw global education for two major medical device companies, and created intimate, impactful local gatherings.
Today Peggy wears two hats. She founded Boots on the Ground in 2016, bringing her onsite expertise to the aid of conference planners everywhere. That same year she joined the tech tribe of Dahlia+ Agency, founded by visionary and force of nature Dahlia El Gazzar. With Dahlia, Peggy discovered her second superpower - helping professionals craft their brand to stand out in the crowded digital world.
