This session will assess the current state of health care for accompanied and unaccompanied children in immigration detention and children who are neither detained nor registered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection because of acute illness requiring ambulance transport to hospitals at the border. Faculty also will discuss pathways to improve pediatric care.
