This program will explore how to integrate narrative medicine, contemplative practices, and nature into pediatric and palliative care. Attendees will examine research, learn practical techniques like reflective writing and meditation, and hear from specialists on mindfulness and nature to improve communication, resilience, provider well-being, and patient outcomes, while combating health care burnout.
