S5222: Diagnosis and Management of Pediatric Hypertension

Hypertension is common in children and more concerning with increasing rates of obesity and metabolic syndrome. Faculty will discuss the prevalence and risks for hypertension and provide recommendations on screening and accurate measurement of blood pressure in children. Attendees also will learn how to use normative data in children to diagnosis and manage elevated blood pressure.
